The Board of Directors approves new members, under the ITHA Bylaws.  Application for membership requires a letter from the Chief to the ITHA Board of Directors.  The Co-Chair will respond in writing to the Chief signifies the Board's approval. In addition, the Nation must submit a Band Council Resolution (BCR) to ITHA and Health Canada. The wording of the BCR can be provided by ITHA, if requested.
